At PayPal, Ole worked directly with Elon Musk (founder of Tesla and Space X), Peter Thiel (first investor in Facebook), Reid Hoffman (Founder of Linkedin) as well as Max Levchin and he shared lessons learned.  His resume is enough to pack the room full of people at Small Dog Creative, the location where he gave his presentation.  Ole gave his insights about what it takes to truly make a successful business.  He believes that the main ideas can be broken down into the sections of; “refining your idea, fundraising, building a great team, and marketing.”  Topics that can be entire university taught courses, Ole went to great lengths to break these concepts down for the startup community.
